Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders from Gemma Diamonds are shipped via fully insured, secure courier services. A physical signature from an adult is strictly required upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Loose diamonds ship within 3-5 business days. Custom ring settings generally ship within 2-3 weeks. Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.
